Cheap for a reason…
I received this product yesterday and after only one trip, I already can’t stand using it.
The way the clip attaches to your car visor is awkward at best. You have to tighten it alot for it to stay in place. This means, if you have a soft visor, that you will be deforming it quite a bit. There’s also a slight offset built in where the visor hangs from its base. So, you either have to clamp it on to your visor somewhat crooked, or hope that your car visor is set at just the right angle to even everything out.
But, these are just annoyances. Here are the real problems.
The plastic used in this product is very thin and cheap. I bought two of these and both were already warped out of the box. Trying to drive while looking through this thing gave me a headache. It would probably by fine if you pushed it all the way against your windshield the way your normal car visor would go. However, it doesn’t work that way. The way this clip is designed, it will hang down almost from the middle of your visor, not from the back where it might be useful. If you’re driving around dawn or dusk, you have no choice but to have this thing hanging right in front of your face, distorting everything you see. On top of everything else, it’s not even that dark. Not nearly as dark as the product pictures would lead you to believe.
The one and only reason I gave 2 stars is the price. It’s very cheap and you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a GOOD visor to block glare and act as windshield tint… keep looking.
Update (2/5/2012): This item is currently on sale here for the lowest price I’ve seen.

Avoid this in the summertime heat! It is worthless!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this worthless piece of junk. I regret that I did.
Why?
1. The hinge does not hold it in place against gravity, they just allow the visor to flop and droop straight down. The item is too heavy for the hinge.
2. If you have a vanity mirror on the car visor, this visor interferes with it so it cannot be used.
3. The material is substandard and not designed for the summer heat vehicles get.
4. The visor badly warps in temperatures over 95 degrees. Guess it is OK in cool mountain temps, but not in summer temps found in the rest of the USA.
4. The quality is what you would expect from a 50 cent sale item at a dollar store.
Not recommended. Buy this at your own risk. And if you do, don’t forget that you were warned.

JUNK - do not waste your time
This item does not work. The hinge is too flimsy to work after the first couple of times. Any heat warps and destroys the cheap plastic material used in its construction.
Seriously, save your money to try on something else that might work.
