Cuts aluminum like wood. Be careful though. Your miter saw instructions will generally give you precautions to follow so that a given blade doesn’t catch the metal (the piece that is cut off) and shoot it like a bullet off the back side of the saw. I didn’t read/follow my saw’s instructions (so learned this the hard way).

This heavy, non-ferrous metal blade produces an excellent finish.blades were tailored to minimize chip buildup throat and specially formulated carbide for long life.recommend use a liquid lubricant when cutting.can be accomplished with a spray WD-40 or other lubricant every 4 to 5 cuts.sticks are not recommended. Application: Cutting Thick Non-ferrous materials and aluminum
