Great deal
Can’t go wrong with this one. Works just fine (better than the one it replaced) and looks good.

Inconsistent results
Regardless of the setting, the degree of toasting is very inconsistent. At setting 3 it can be very light or very dark on the same package of bread. But unlike my last Oster toaster, at least it’s still functioning.

Reconditioned?
I use this product frequently, but it is very, very hard to adjust. It always toasts one side more than the other, I guess due to the fact that it is designed for bagels more that ordinary toast. It seems to go from toast to burnt very rapidly, but once you sacrifice a few pieces of toast, you get the hang of how to control it. So, if you like to fix stuff requiring a lot of heat, then get it, but if you prefer regular bread toast, then I can’t recommend it.
